The location is the best

Maybe the room uphill are a bit hard to get to but the staff is happy to drive you around

Excellent beachfront location with direct access to the beach. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with plenty of greenery, creating a relaxing tropical atmosphere. The pool area is spacious, and one of the highlights of the property. Overall, the outdoor areas are ok and enjoyable.

The room felt outdated and in need of renovation. The bathroom and shower were in poor condition, with broken tiles, an unpleasant smell, and very old fixtures —I’ve been to hostels with better bathrooms. The water quality was poor and sometimes tasted salty. The curtains were damaged and did not block sunlight at all. The bed sheets and towels were worn and should be replaced. The closet lacked shelves, making it difficult to organize clothes during a longer stay.

The location is beautiful and from that perspective it is a great place to stay. Room was a good size. Great views . Good wifi

My wife and I are Thailand regulars; over the years we have noticed a tendency to neglect the maintenance of hotels, in many cases such as here it is very sad. The property has enormous potential but in all honesty is badly let down by a lack of love. Our bathroom was filthy despite cleaners coming every day - we have no idea what they were doing. The bed is very hard. The A/C unit had no real idea what it was doing so operated on its own agenda sporadically. Room service is dreadful; (suggest you use local delivery companies instead) The sunbeds around the pool are back breaking. Drain smells are normal in some hot climates but were horrendous in our bathroom. Our room had an outdoor terrace that could be amazing if only some cushions were provided.
