Wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice pool

When booking our stay communicating with the hotel we were assured everything possible would be done for us to have single beds for our stay. On arrival we’re told the room we booked doesn’t have single beds. I spoke to someone thru booking . com messaging who said everything possible would be done. Not once was it mentioned that our room doesn’t have single beds. The manager on duty said there was nothing they could do and whoever I spoke to was an automated message. Didn’t know automated messages send prayer hand emojis and promises that can’t be kept. Also after booking with this hotel kept getting spam txts on whatts app about confirming my booking. Had to contact the hotel to make sure if it was them or not. It wasn’t . So be careful.

Location . Amazon prime available on tv . Rooms were quiet .

The aircon wasn’t great and felt warm. No hand towels . Don’t like the bit around the bed, as made it hard to get in and out . Breakfast was poor as not much available so didn’t bother after first day . Had to ask for coffee in room. Hotel just looked a bit grubby .

Staff were friendly and attentive. Location was walking distance to the main areas of ao nang. Breakfast was adequate. Room cleaned daily

2 x instances where bottled water or clean towels were not provided. Rooms can be noisy from other guests however staff addressed this quickly.

Was not a good experience.

Location is very good. Close to center of Krabi.

İt is a very old hotel. Desperately needs maintenance. It was very difficult to sleep when air conditioner was working. Very old equipments. It was not making cooling efficiently. One morning we were stucked at the room because door was locked and was not opened. We needed to wait technician for 20 minutes. We were about to miss our tour bus. Against all the odds, due to my son broke one glass at the room, they charged 120TB for a penalty.

It’s a good hotel for a short stay

The staff was really helpful and friendly and the room was pretty.

It was sometimes really noisy, almost everyday they were working in the hotel right outside our door.

Big room nice hotel

It’s a nice place and walking distance to beach market and many other nice places. However the place is outdated. They built a nice place but did not maintain it well. The staff are very nice except for the wellness place. The breakfast was quite nice. The room is very spacious and has everything you need. However not well maintained

The massage place is not good, they are loud, rude and not professional. The foot massage was less than mediocre, it’s definitely not to recommend.

Great location but I wouldn't call the hotel Chic as the name implies

Location was great, walking distance to both night markets, restaurants, massages, shopping and Railay beach long tail boats. We had the two story rooms and they were very spacious with a large balcony over looking the pool. The adult pool was nice and quiet. The decor is very instagramable.

Breakfast was adequate with not a lot of variety. We had 5 breakfasts and it never changed so it got very monotonous. Front desk was not friendly or helpful. There seam to be a language barrier but I would think basic English would be necessary in hospitality. The pool bar was rarely open. The beds were hard. We were traveling for 3 weeks so laundry was necessary and it was twice as much compared to other places we stayed.

Happy stay

Lovely hotel with a personal feel. Lovely staff, pool area clean with plenty of sunbeds. Happy hour between 14:00/16:00 at the pool bar. Breakfast had a good selection. Nothing too much trouble for staff. I would use this hotel again for a shorter stay.

Personally we did not like the area outside as it was too touristy and you could not walk out without being pestered.

Needs improvement

Location

Rooms dark and gloomy, beds uncomfortable, one pillow that had seen better days . If you leaned against bed frame you were left with paint residue on you. Bedding looked old not inviting . Not sure of the intended look but the corridors felt like a prison. Overall rooms need updating. Breakfast was uninviting. Little in way of presentation , small amount of fruit which looked inviting.

Location was perfect....walking distance from night market and aao nang beach Staffs were all very pleasant and helpful..they were always available for any assistance as and when required. Lots of indian restaurants around the area. Rooms were really huge and spacious. It was worth the price paid. Property also organises live music, pool foam party, etc.to make guest experience more entertaining. Special thanks to staff members Nam, Ying, Pie, Mad, Ohm for their continuous guest service

More options could be explored for Breakfast.

Great value for money and excellent service.

A great vibe to the place, loved the decor and the extra attention to detail. Balcony was spacious and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Little touches like the robes and slippers and providing a beach bag and mat made for very pleasing unexpected extras. The location is great and the staff made the stay extra special. All in all great value for money and a very unique experience.

Friendly perfect resort.

All Red Ginger Chic Staff, from front desk, area cleaners and room cleaners are a great bunch, polite, helpful and very friendly. Resort is 'A' grade and great location. Was only booked for a week, but quickly realised we would be very happy there for 5. So we did and we were not disappointed. A great team.

Room was nicely decorated and with a second level. Pool was clean and nice. Breakfast was ok, after some days a bit boring but a good selection of food.

Fitness room was poor, cleanliness of our bathroom poor. The rooms are a bit outdated and some repair work is due. That counts for the complete facility.
