I stayed for two days at Red Ginger Chic Resort (10th–12th March 2026), and it was an exceptional experience. Among all the accommodations during our Thailand trip, this was undoubtedly the best. The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and complemented by a highly supportive and attentive staff. About the Property: This resort is ideal for both couples and families. The breakfast spread is impressive, ensuring a great start to the day. Additionally, several Indian restaurants are located just a short walk away, making lunch and dinner options convenient. Each room features a private balcony, adding a pleasant touch to the stay. The resort offers excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, hot tub, and a poolside bar. Guests can also enjoy live music on alternate evenings, enhancing the overall ambiance. The location is another strong advantage—it is perfectly situated between Ao Nang Beach and the Ao Nang Landmark Night Market, making it easy to explore both. The resort also provides complimentary bicycles for guests to explore the area (with the expectation they are returned in good condition). Thoughtful additions like beach mats and tote bags for beach visits further elevate the experience. One notable aspect is the resort’s eco-friendly approach. Instead of plastic bottles, they provide glass water bottles with unlimited refills—a significant and appreciated benefit, especially considering bottled water elsewhere (like Phi Phi) costs around 35 THB. About the Staff: The staff truly stands out for their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. A special mention to ***, ***, ***, and *** for their exceptional support. We arrived in Krabi with both our phones damaged (after an unfortunate incident in Phi Phi), leaving us without any means of communication. Thankfully, we had a printed copy of our booking. The staff guided us to a nearby mobile repair shop, and when it became clear that the phones were beyond repair, they went above and beyond by helping us connect with another Indian guest so we could communicate with our family back in India. Since we couldn’t complete our web check-in, the staff advised us to book an early cab instead of relying on Grab at 5:30 AM, which may not be reliable. They also thoughtfully arranged a packed breakfast for us at 5:45 AM, even though the official breakfast service starts at 7:00 AM. Final Thoughts: A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and support. If I visit Ao Nang again, I will certainly choose to stay at Red Ginger Chic Resort.

The property is beautiful, well-located between Ao Nang Beach and the Night Market, and offers great amenities like a pool, spa, and live music on alternate evenings. The rooms come with private balconies, and the breakfast spread is excellent. With several Indian restaurants nearby, food options are very convenient. Thoughtful touches like free bicycles, beach mats, tote bags, and unlimited water refills (eco-friendly glass bottles) made the stay even better. The staff truly stands out. Despite us arriving with both phones damaged, they went above and beyond to help us—guiding us to repair shops, assisting us in contacting family, and even arranging an early cab along with a packed breakfast before official hours. Special thanks to Ms. Fon, Mr. Mad, Ms. Pie, and Ms. Pena for their incredible support.

I have checked out the hotel at 2:00 pm but the checkout time is 12:00 and I was charged additional 500 tbh for it and I paid the money and asked the staff that can I stay for atleast another 2 hrs as my flight is at 9:00 pm and they simply ignored it and it very much disappointment for any tourist to experience
