Location is great. Front desk is helpful. Clean.
No air conditioning. For summer months with temperatures high, at least having fan in room would help.

Great renovated room, very nice design, well designed and comfortable.
There was a little bit of partying and noise outside during the night. But was still quite OK.

Great location right next to the bahnhof
Overall, the stay was not as welcoming as expected. There was no dedicated reception staff, and assistance was mainly provided by the restaurant team. The room had poor insulation and no air conditioning, so during the hot summer days it stayed uncomfortably warm. Unfortunately, the electric fan didn’t make much difference.
Breakfast was enjoyable, and the serving lady was lovely, though the 8 a.m. start may be a little late for guests planning early morning trips to Zermatt.
While the location is convenient, the overall experience did not feel like good value for money
