Facilities are very good, with an indoor & outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is good- relatively near airport and Dubrovnik. Nice, friendly atmosphere in hotel.
Breakfast let the hotel down, in my opinion - while plenty of food and a good variety available, hot food seemed to be always cold. Fruit always seemed to be in chunks which can be difficult and messy to eat. I would prefer fresh fruit chopped up in bite size portions, as found in most hotels.

Spotless clean hotel , lovely staff and very comfortable room . Lovely surroundings and areas to walk .
I am a little fussy but I felt the brekfast (hot food) was of poor quality .

Incredible hotel! Amazing location, great staff and delicious food. It exceeded all the expectations. Thanks for making our Easter special and for the eggs left in the rooms.

Polite, friendly staff who can speak multiple languages. Nothing too much trouble and very efficient.
Newly renovated building and lots of space that makes use of the spectacular views - sea, trees, mountains surround it!
Close to the bus stop (2.90 euros each way, per person) to Dubrovnik/Old Town and took about 30mins. Great views on the route.
The pool area and beach area are really quick and easy to flow between the two. Hotel is in a really quiet spot, and there is a busier bay about 20mins walk right (as you look at the sea).
Great selection of food at breakfast and dinner. Well organised and highly staffed so constantly cleared tables. Catered well for allergies and even prepared a completely different meal when I didn't like the option available, due to my allergy.
Room was a good size and comfy bed. Walk-in shower was powerful and at 6ft2 could stand under it comfortably!
The hotel was clearly being renovated and it promised to have a games room and indoor pool and spa area. These were not ready and therefore not open. Very disappointing.
Significant lack of shade around the pool and on the beach area immediately outside the hotel. However, lots of umbrellas available with sun loungers. People put their towels on these early but don't use them for hours on end, which is rather frustrating!
Lack of water bottle refilling stations, which meant you had to keep asking at the bar.
Restaurant area echos very badly and makes it difficult to hear one another at the table - sitting outside was better for this, but many people smoked cigarettes, which is not great for children or those with respiratory conditions.
