Clean, spacious apartment with modern amenities and the entire apartment had a pleasant smell and was immaculately clean. The balcony overlooked the water with some great views of Magnetic Island and The Strand.
No lighting in the stairwell.

The view and spaciousness and appliances.... mainly the view!
The lounges were not comfortable in the unit. Need more comfortable chairs (a sinking modular lounge rather than the two chairs that had low backs)
The single bed in the bedroom closest to the window was bad. Soft & bouncy mattress (which was fine) but was on an angle making it difficult to sleep 😴
The TV was difficult to navigate too.

Great location and good outdoor facilities. Walking distance to lots of restaurants. Lovely sea and marina views from both morning and afternoon sun balconies. Good coffee shop across the road.
Our apartment (49) was very dated, drab and unattractively furnished. It needs complete refurbishment. The single beds had mattress coils poking through. It had huge potential to be fantastic.
I would not recommend this apartment but others in the complex must be much better as other reviews have been very positive.
