This was a great experience from the time we checked-in until the time we departed. The staff at CairnsApartments was friendly, efficient, and professional. The apartment was great, and the location was perfect in the center of Cairns. The view from the apartment of the water was an added bonus. The apartment was a very nice 1-bedroom apartment with all rooms being very good.. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Maybe have paper towels or napkins, and dishwashing soap - which we bought for our stay.

Great location near wonderful restaurants. Very clean & comfortable.
The car park is difficult to negotiate, with some spaces extremely difficult to access. We did ring the office about 7 mins before closing time but there was no answer. We left a message on the answering service but never received a reply.

Location and facilities
Considering all the extra costs I was advised of if I did something wrong when I checked in to then find that the shower didn’t work properly and could not be fixed I found it it a bit rude.
