Cleanliness, motel was clean and the layout was good. I liked the Swimming pool, laundry facilities, provision of beverage and shower shampoo and body wash. Good convenient location in picturesque setting. Secure parking. Adequate security.
The swimming pool was closed for the entire visit. Television only partially working, double image. Improved with time. My booking was mixed up and I ended up with twin queen beds instead of one standard bed. I stayed singly. Next time I will contact the reception after I've booked to ensure the confirmation is for what I've chosen. Reception staff were friendly when I contacted them to report the mistake.

The location waa excellent for our family renuion at nearby Murwillumbah town.
The room was spacious, had everything we needed, clean and quiet.
The only thing was the steps, they were steep and sharp (not many) They had rails which were a great help. Thankfully not raining or they would i think be slippery.

Close to town and to the function we were attending.
I know this wasn't your fault but the road works right at the entrance was at times difficult.

Room adequate size, comfortable bed, made use of coffee & tea making facilities
Wasn’t particularly clean, but understandable with road works
