The apartments are right in the middle of the action, plus light rail at your doorstep if you want to see other things
Whilst the apartment was clean, there was dust on the furniture. The windows need cleaning too, though an explanation was given for this ( bad weather)

It was close to where our friends were staying. The bed was comfortable.
During the renovations there is a distinct lack of signage regarding entrance, lifts etc. The whole place is tired and shabby, there was an off smell in the foyers, lifts and hallways. No cafe facility in the building to get a coffee.
