Room was ok clean. Looked like the room we were in Building 2 2006 use to be tenanted. Marks around the door edges of front bathroom. Marks under kitchen area. Marks in ensuite. Beds were stiff. Pillows were too soft. They were ok. Easy access to park car down in car park. Getting up & down from room was fast & convenient. Close to fav shops. Customer service reception lady was amazing. She’s so attentive & so warm. Really nice Asian lady. When I called reception to cancel buffet breakfast, she the lady was very nice on the phone and understandable. Sounded like an Aussie young lady. Sunday morning around 8.15am ish. Loved the free pool towels accessible to guests as many as we need. Then we’ll just pop in chute once done. That was fantastic. Our room was excellent. The layout great. Spacious how we liked it. The outside balustrade, balcony was too low for my liking. I made sure my 9 year old stayed away. Our room level was great level 20. Thank you. Free tea & coffee. Thank you. Loved the ample amount of towels and the size of the towels. Thank you. Love the dryer, and so much cutlery & plates. Liked my shower in the front bathroom. The hot water was instant - thank you. I didn’t have to wait long for it to heat up. Great.

Indoor pool area gross & slimey on the ground matt, around the sauna & spa area. Which is a given with the foot traffic. Noticed the floor seals under ensuite basin and under kitchen bench area. Damaged, not clean properly. Probably needs a contractor in to sand it off. Get maintenance to sand it and make it look new - ish again. It’s older, i noticed the rust.

Space was good. Cleanliness was good.

a) Blocked drain in one bathroom. Was promised it will be resolved the next morning, but no one pitched up to repair. Thus 6 ppl had to use a single bathroom. b) One bed was not made up. Had to call 3 times for linen and wait > 1h30mins before it was delivered after 23:00. Kids were tired and it was not a happy experience.
