Great location to surfers paradise
Had issues checking in late - but it was due to damaged phone on outside of accommodation- that was fixed the following day - had another number to call and got checked in, in the end.

The location although very noisy was close to where we wanted to be. The lack of WIFI that worked was very disappointing and caused us some grief. In this age, it seems unreal that a simple wifi connection could not be provided. Would stay again but would need to have wifi next time that worked.

Good location. Nice view from the room.
Checking in was a traumatic experience. Although I had the relevant documentation that was required, Courtney said that she was canceling our booking and asked us to leave. It seems that she was given some responsibility and thought that she would use that to humiliate and threaten guests with cancellation. It was something that we have never experienced in any of our travels. We would never consider staying here again.
