We have been coming here for many years and always enjoy our stays. On a glorious sunny evening we sat outside for a drink, scanned the QR code on the table to order a drink. The menu suggested all bar snacks apart from prawns were sold out. After waiting over 20 mins, we went to the inside bar, to be told that they hadn’t received our order, because they weren’t using the QR system, there was then a delay while the drinks were made. It seemed that they were under staffed, as a waiter popping outside onto the terrace would have been good and avoided the wait.
Our room as spotless, but tired. The bathroom sink was cracked and the ventilator not working.
On a positive note, the hotel is dog friendly, which is why we stay there. We also love the Elmis products.

I checked in Friday the room was terrible stains smells and as soon as you sit on the bed it roles. The place has old beer umbrellas as you come in with lots of litter looks like it has been rejected and the pictures are miss leading. - Don’t go
