    The hotel does not have any air con which is ok but they had a fan which was really outdated,not working properly. We arrived at 9.30p.m on Friday after train delays to find the room window /door wide open, no fan on when it was super hot outside with lots of insects /mosquiotos inside. The next day we had closed the window and drawn the curtain but after day out, we found the window wide open and the room filled with heat again. Decided to tell the receptionist and she was really rude, looked at us and gave us that look that was "whatever".Her comment was "I am 70 and I never heard that when it is really hot outside, you close your window and draw curtains",she kept on acting and being rude. 2)The hotel rooms are very small. 3)The staff ,including some bar staff as mentioned over are extremely rude-on verge of being racist. 4)The breakfast was nice and only good thing. I would highly recommend not to stay here. The place does not know what customer service is.

    The hotel was clean and tidy and staff were helpful The food in the restaurant was very good. Fish was said to be fresh but was like mush and when approached by the chef he wouldn’t even try what he cooked Would stay again but not eat there

    No air con and super hot rooms breakfast was superb, dinner ok however the staff do bed to be a little more friendly
