Fantastic view over the lake, comfy bed, nice bathroom, lovely food. Polite staff.
Delayed an hour getting into the room. Not enough time to use the spa before if closed, and repopened one hour before checking out. Rotten doors to the balcony, curtain hooks missing, long black hair in the bed, my drink glass at dinner was dirty and had to request a clean glass and I had a dead mosquito hanging off my pastry at breakfast. Lack of attention to detail in the room, like missing curtain hooks and dirty windows, the hotel is in need of a lot of maintenence.
