Hôtel rénové et ça se voit ! Chambre très propre, nous avons été surclassé en suite, ce qui était très pratique avec notre fille de 1 an car très chargé niveau bagage (valise, poussette etc).
Décoré avec goût, hôtel très bien placé, tout les équipements nécessaires rien a dire.
Directeur de l’établissement français et très sympathique, qui se soucie du bien être de ses clients.
Je recommande pour un séjour à Ouarzazate
Rien mise à part certains employés qui ne dise pas systématiquement bonjour au clients mais c’est un détail

La gentillesse du personnel, la propreté du lieu, une vue à couper le souffle depuis la piscine.
Le personnel était toujours à l'écoute et a même préparé un gâteau d'anniversaire pour notre fils nous étions ravis de cette attention. Le restaurant est très bon nous y sommes allés plusieurs fois (je conseille vivement le duo de brochettes)

clean room.
no heater ran in the hallways cold as hell … no phone in the room need to leave room anytime you wanted to see the receptionist . couldn’t get WiFi to work in my room tried for 2 days straight. incompetent technicians.
