The property does not resemble the pictures, rooms are much smaller than advertised and the property is much older than it appears in the pictuers

Absolutely beautiful hotel, as is the setting. Staff was fantastic. There are elevators if you can't do steps. Breakfast choices were vast. Restaurants nearby, or you can choose the hotel's buffet restaurant. (Good deal (35€ for dinner, but same price for lunch, which is expensive.) Pool was wonderful. Spa has good prices; we were able to book a couples massage immediately. Mine was good; my wife's was excellent as she had the fancy 3 part massage with oils & stuff.
Layout is a little confusing, as it has 2 buildings semi-joined together.

On the riviera but not as many restaurants within walking distance as I had hoped. Very comfortable bed.
Needs a facelift internally. Bathroom very tight indeed and poorly laid out.
