Excellent location, we loved staying in the Gracia neighborhood. The room was very clean and spacious, and felt like a decent hotel room even though technically student accommodation and felt very worth the price.
Beds were a little hard, and there was a large metal door stopper in the bathroom right in front of the toilet that caught toes a couple of times. We didn’t find the staff the friendliest, but nothing to really complain about and overall the good outweighed the bad.

Room was spacious, clean, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Location was great, next to the metro station. Neighborhood was peaceful.
Sound isolation could be better.

Room was pretty basic but the location was good. Did not realise we had breakfast included in our booking. The neibourhood was pretty good with plenty of dining options & supermarkets.
At time of booking, did not realise that this property is essentially a students hostel & offers hotel like facilities for them. Will not blame the property, they had this clearly written out on the description page, my mistake not to have read it. But when on holiday, we could have chosen a better property. Expensive for the price of a hostel.
