Location is great for going to Isla Magica
Toilet seat was not cleaned when we moved in which I never experienced anywhere I stayed before let alone in a 5 start hotel Also receptionist on arrival was not a bit welcoming and gruff if anything

The room was in a perfect temperature, the pool was so nice and spacious, staff was friendly and the food in the Santa Maria Restaurant was delicious!
The breakfast was a bit expensive.
