If you are staying at the hotel for multiple nights you should be given complimentary swimming caps - I was literally thrown out the spa for not having one! unless I paid 7 Euro each for swim caps which was really unfair therefore I never got to use the spa facilities - I did ask for one but was told No

Very clean, loved the Spa
Room very warm and I did not sleep well.Spoke to reception in the morning 'No Aircon Available this time of the year !!!! What ☹️

breakfast, facilities all very good
Our room; issues with heating and air conditioning were not resolved over our 4 night visit. In addition the room had a significant amount of knats which caused many bites to us both - very sad to report this but the management team did not clear
