Nice hotel, clean. Easy to get everywhere. Close to metro stations and bus stops. Direct bus from airport stops nearby. The aircon works well and you can control the temperature of your room. Nice pressure in the shower. Separate toilet and bidet. Very comfy bed.

I liked everything about my stay.

Very nice, large, comfortable rooms.

Room came with a kitchenette, which we had not expected. Additionally, the beds and room were large. Staff were very polite and we were able to store our luggage at the hotel after checking out.

Our room was near a storage closet and we could hear staff go in and out. On two or three occasions staff accessed the room late at night.

The breakfast was excellent: fresh squeezed OJ for example. Excellent coffee by self-serve Nespresso machine. Location is in desired neighborhood of upscale Salamanca.

Room electricity lighting controls failed to the point we had to request to change rooms. It was very late it was, and it was taking far too long for the repairman to make headway. We had to manage and repack our bags ourselves to a different floor. No compensation was offered at check-out. Second room, bathroom door did not remain open if wanted. Had to try to wedge something, and that never worked - even by the staff.
