Clean, modern apartment that looks exactly like the photos. Comfortable bed and fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher (though some mugs and plates were still dirty after using it) iron, microwave, fridge, and all kitchen amenities.
Good location, within walking distance of Avenida América Metro Station, with pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby.
Free coffee in the kitchen (attached photo).
The shower is uncomfortable because it is completely open and always floods the bathroom floor, and there was no mop provided.
During our 6-night stay, there was no rubbish collection, no towel changes, and insufficient toilet paper, so I had to buy more.
Early in the mornings, noise from the corridors, doors, and cleaning staff was disturbing.
I needed to turn the light on the whole day as it was dark, but no big problem.

Excelente hospedagem, próximo a comércio, linha de ônibus e metrô. A hospedagem tinha 1 cama de casal, 1 cama de solteiro, geladeira, forno e máquina de lava/seca. Cozinha completa, o que ajudou a fazer alguns cafés da manhã no quarto.
A TV era gigante, mas nem ligamos. Foi super tranquilo entrar e sair, com os dados enviados pelo aplicativo da Limehome e contato também por whatsapp. Recomendo. E se voltasse para Madrid, com certeza voltaria a me hospedar aqui.

Convenient, easy access, comfortable room with lots of space.
Tiny almost non existent windows so it’s permanently dark inside.
The room has constant humid smell.
Not good noise insulation (you can hear people talking on the corridor and you’ll wake up every time someone shuts a door in an adjacent room/apartment)
