- great location, walkable to the city center and train station, bus stop to the airport nearby - neat room, cool design and cleaned daily, bathtub in the bathroom - balcony - solid cleaning service - Daily refilled minibar - Complimentary spa pass - Nice rooftop area with pool and bar - Cute little library on the ground floor, perfect for bookworms - Nice gym downstairs - Bookable spa treatments (sadly I wasn’t able to use any but would love to try next time; needs to be booked in advance) - Little souvenir shop in-house - Variety of options at breakfast (big choice for carnivores) - Most of the staff (both reception, breakfast, bar and cleaning) we interacted with were very kind and friendly - Fast and reliable WiFi - TV channels in different languages

- breakfast wasn’t really vegan friendly, neither were lunch/dinner menu (only the room service had a vegan burger on offer) - The supposedly heated pool with jacuzzi in the spa was ice cold during our visit…I reported it immediately but nothing was done for the duration of our stay, and the reception staff member seemed very indifferent about it, almost annoyed I’m even pointing this out :/ - No possibility to refill our water bottles - the minibar only provided 0,33l per person per day which wasn’t exactly enough - sometimes the communication (language wise) was a bit challenging - No AC in the gym… - one evening there was a private event on the rooftop and it was extremely loud - to the point that the police had to intervene. On that evening we were also not able to use the rooftop which affected our experience

Everything was about expectations! Nice location in city center.

- The hotel's location is excellent, situated just a five-minute walk from the main bus station and within easy walking distance (approximately 5–10 minutes) of the city's main attractions and points of interest. - The room was surprisingly spacious and offered a very comfortable amount of living space. - The hotel provides a good range of facilities, including a rooftop swimming pool and a welcoming breakfast and lounge area on the ground floor. - The mini bar was available free of charge with water/soft drinks/beer.

As a returning guest of other hotels within this chain, I had high expectations; however, this stay was deeply disappointing in terms of both service and overall cleanliness. The reception staff were not particularly informative, providing only a basic check-in without offering any additional information about the hotel facilities or the surrounding area. The room furnishings appeared significantly worn, particularly the sofa bed, which could not be properly secured in sofa mode and was therefore impractical to use as intended. The bathroom also appeared insufficiently cleaned or cleaned with inappropriate products, leaving visible stains on the green marble surfaces. Only very basic toiletries were provided. And the door to the bathroom looked like wardrobe thin glass door. The swimming pool is very small and was not well maintained, with cleanliness issues also evident in the surrounding area. While the rooftop bar offers impressive views, its cleanliness fell far below expectations. Tables were sticky, menus appeared unclean, and one table showed clear signs of a recent gathering (including leftover items on the floor), which was not promptly addressed by staff. Common areas, including corridors and elevators, also showed visible signs of wear and inadequate cleaning, with stains and fingerprints present. A further significant issue was the poor sound insulation of the rooms, with considerable noise from adjacent rooms and corridors clearly audible throughout the stay.
