Inside, there is a full staircase, much safer and easier to negotiate than ladders or spiral stairs (relatively rare in Rosemary Beach).

Very easy for a few day stay. Access to the beach is great. Only a block away. Very nicely appointed and clean property.

The carriage house was perfect for me and my hubby- We enjoyed the stay- with the bikes provided it is easy to get around to lots of restaurants, shops, bakeries and markets. We enjoyed the exercise and seeing all the wonderful homes in Rosemary Beach. Weather was perfect- and the folks at 30A Luxury Vacations were extremely accommodating. Here's a photo of the TV- didn't see it on the listing but it's great! We watched the Georgia football game. They also had books on hand & I read one in 3 days... The beach is super close and we used their awesome chair rentals. Next time we will also use their bonfire service! We'll be back!!

The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

It seems the price to stay here has increased faster than the owner's willingness to invest in improvements. At this price point, basic expectations like blackout curtains and a fully cleaned restroom (things need replacing, not just "cleaning").
