Property is close to tram line and bus lines to warsaw city centre . It’s bit on the expensive side.
Breakfast is €21 which is on the expensive side for a breakfast. I’ve been to so many cities and hotels if this categories have breakfast under €15

Generally, the location is ok. Breakfast is also fine. All is proper but.. I was upgraded to a better room, but I can't imagine the standard room in this case. You feel that the hotel is old, and even the rooms are somewhat renovated - the 'oldish' smell is there
The hotel is ok, but it's a bit old. I felt an unpleasant smell in the room. Maybe it's good value for money, but it's not a pleasant place.
