The structure is generally very well maintained and the new rooms (premium) are comfortable and elegant.

Thermarium massages are 100% worth it!
Restaurant onsite proposes different options and is very good !
The thermarium is a bit small ; when you are a guest of the hotel you need to pay 10€ to access
Some rooms (standard historical ones) look aged and would need a bit of renovation.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The indoor heated pool was fantastic and a real highlight of our visit. The spa facilities were excellent, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind. We also enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening, and the waiters were extremely attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. The whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable, and we would happily recommend it to others."
The only problem we is we would like to dining room for dinner to start at 7 rather than 7:30

Dirty room! Location of kids bed is idiotic, placed the bed just by the air conditioner, near the head.
Water pipes not clean, impossible to take a shower normally and use the bathroom.
Let enter people from outside and sometimes problematic guests who do not align to hotel rules and disturb the guests.
