Not worth the money

Staff was really helpful and it was easy to find the hotel.

This place is obscenely expensive for what you get. Especially when it comes to comfort. There was a huge school trip during my stay and it was extremely noisy. I woke up very early morning due to noise coming from outside the room.

AWFUL, over priced, disappointing and dirty!!!!!

NOTHING!! The hotel is AWFUL, old and tatty. It's completely outdated, falling apart and dirty.

The moment we arrived we were disappointed, even the hotel sign was a mess. If I hadn't already paid I would have walked out. It's absolutely disgusting, ESPECIALLY for the price. I've stayed in 2 star's and hostels cleaner, better maintained and for a quarter of the price. The pool was full of foliage, the pool staff were rude. The room was terrible, falling apart, the shower head was broken and FILTHY (see pictures). There was blood on our sheet when we arrived. Never been more disappointed in a hotel, cannot believe its 4 stars.

Alessio ci ha accolti in un maniera eccellente, sin dall'arrivo offrendoci un drink di benvenuto al bar. La camera dotata di tutti i confort, frigo e uma vista mare stupenda. La colazione intercontinentale buonissima Ci ritorneremo sicuramente in estate

Bene per brevi soggiorni

Posizione eccezionale, la nostra camera dava sul cortile interno molto accogliente, con piscina e appena dopo la spiaggia e un mare stupendo. Camera abbastanza grande ma da rivedere un po', anche come impianti. Cani ammessi (anche se con supplemento). Spiaggia privata con inclusi lettini e ombrelloni.

Colazione non eccezionale, almeno per la caffetteria sarebbe carino un angolo bar e non la macchinetta del solubile, poi colazione continentale solo per gli stranieri. Pulizia non accurata.

Lage, Pool, Strand, Balkon in EG, Gartenanlage, Kubanische Animation jedoch immer gleich, Bar am Pool, Strandleistung inkl. Essen sehr gut. Essen am Strand. Zusätzlich a la Card.

Immer gleiche kubanische Animation, im September war gekürzt. Leider kein Vorspeise Buffet, Frühstücksbuffet etwas mager, fehlte z.T. Parkplatzgebühr. Kein Wein zum Essen. Kein Save im Zimmer, WC in Loby kein Papier, z.T. Nachtlärm am Pool. Booking deklariert nicht, dass im September alles etwas reduziert ist. Z.B. Aquafitness, Dance, Buffet, umliegende Pizzeria war zu, Gartenrestaurant war zu. Halbpension mit reduziertem Preis nicht möglich.

Struttura molto datata , bagno scomodissimo impossibile utilizzare il bidet doccia quasi inaccessibile. Ho chiesto struttura con parcheggio e solo in struttura mi sono stati richiesti 12 £ per notte. Colazione inqualificabile sprovvista di tutto solo i distributori di bevande erano sufficienti ma di scarsa qualità il buffet scarso e presentato malissimo. Capisco perchè nella struttura erano presenti solo gruppi di pensionati Assolutamente non consigliato

Esperienza positiva

Abbiamo ricevuto una bella accoglienza con tanto di cocktail di benvenuto dopo un breve giro panoramico. Il personale molto cordiale, disponibile e gentile con una nota particolare per quanto riguarda le ragazze al bar e il servizio spiaggia. Animazione top, considerando anche il periodo che volge al termine della stagione e un pubblico non molto variegato. Avevamo solo la colazione, quindi non posso esprimermi sul cibo, ma comunque un bel buffet mattutino. La stanza molto pulita e profumata.

Se proprio devo trovare un cavillo, forse 12 euro al giorno per il parcheggio interno. All'esterno (praticamente appena fuori dal cancello) con 6 euro abbiamo fatto il giornaliero tra l'altro valido in tutta la zona nel comune di Cellole.

Sono amante di Baia Domizia e cliente storico della struttura, purtroppo la precedente gestione del Marina Club Hotel ci aveva deluso tanto che abbiamo cambiato struttura per le festività natalizie ma, leggendo una promozione su Facebook molto vantaggiosa, abbiamo deciso di approfittarne e con grande soddisfazione abbiamo conosciuto la nuova direzione che ci ha assegnato una camera appena ristrutturata e abbiamo molto apprezzato la nuova gestione del ristorante che ad un prezzo molto vantaggioso ci ha deliziato con le specialità locali e per questo abbiamo deciso di aspettare una nuova promozione su Facebook e tornare in bassa stagione verso fine settembre, ottobre che sicuramente è il periodo migliore per godere una vacanza spettacolo al tempo stesso molto più rilassante. La posizione del resort è incantevole e questo non può cambiare....

La posizione direttamente sul mare. La vista della camera molto bella.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di importanti lavori di manutenzione straordinaria. Un forte cattivo odore sale dalle tubature del bagno. La pulizia della camera molto deficitaria. Fili della corrente volanti. Tendaggio pieno di polvere. I materassi avevano delle enormi macchie (stanza 414 - materasso del letto a castello). Un peccato perché la struttura avrebbe enormi potenziali

Un soggiorno piacevole sotto ogni aspetto. Torneremmo volentieri!

Siamo arrivati intorno alle 2 di notte e, nonostante l’orario, siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Al mattino abbiamo trovato una colazione internazionale ricca e variegata. Molto comodo l’accesso diretto alla spiaggia attrezzata, dove abbiamo anche fatto aperitivo e pranzato in riva al mare. Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile e cordiale. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è che, nonostante il check-out fosse previsto per le 10:00, ci è stato comunque consentito di usufruire dei servizi del villaggio per il resto della giornata.

Abbiamo soggiornonato una notte ,struttura molto bella camere semplici ma pulitissime accoglianza ottima , colazione ottima c'erà di tutto e di piu , anche la relativa accoglienza e stata fuori le nostre aspettative . Al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto un welcome drink ,seppur eravamo io e mio marito , cosa inusuale e inaspettata, ma da apprezzare in quanto non da tutti .

ANIMAZIONE INCESSANTE, CON DUE CONCERTI E BALLI IN CONTINUAZIONE E DIVERTIMENTO ASSICURATO. POI LA CAMERA AL 5° PIANO ERA UNA FAVOLA, VISTA MARE E CI HA CONSENTITO DI IMMORTALARE TRAMONTI MOZZAFIATO. IL RISTORANTE HA SERVITO PASTI OTTIMI E CON UN SERVIZIO RAPIDO E CORTESE. TUTTO IL PERSONALE GENTILE E CORDIALE, DIRETTORE IN TESTA, CHE CI HA FATTO SENTIRE COME A CASA E POI TANTA ALLEGRIA E SPENSIERATEZZA DA VOLERCI RITORNARE. IN ULTIMO, MARE CRISTALLINO E OTTIMO SERVIZIO SPIAGGIA. PECCATO SOLO PER IL GUASTO TEMPORANEO AD UNO DEI DUE ASCENSORI PRESENTI IN STRUTTURA.

Posto eccezionale ci ha accolto la direzione e tutto lo staff in modo caloroso. Ho soggiornato con mia moglie e la bambina La struttura è veramente adatta alle famiglie . Ha spazi veramente grandi con giochi per i bambini . Abbiamo prenotato e gratuitamente ci hanno offerto la spiaggia e l’uso della piscina .

Sono stato davvero bene!

Le camere benché non nuovissime sono spaziose e hanno a disposizione tutti i comfort(tv aria condizionata, mini frigo bar). La spiaggia è proprio all’ interno della struttura e ci si arriva passando direttamente dal curatissimo giardino. Lo staff è eccellente. La reception sempre aperta con un personale sempre cordiale e pronto ad accoglierti con un sorriso. Si mangia benissimo! Tornerò sicuramente magari con la famiglia per godermi questo angolo di paradiso

Un angolo di paradiso

La struttura è direttamente sul mare. Le camere sono abbastanza spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione h24. Difficilmente ho trovato tanta accortezza verso il cliente. La spiaggia è nuovissima e c’è anche uno snack bar dove la sera ci sono spettacoli. Ultima nota positiva il ristorante dove la colazione è di altissimo livello. Tornerò sicuramente per godermi questo angolo di relax
