Brilliant stay with minor improvements needed

The staff were amazing, especially Gennaro from Reception who was always available for all our needs and ensured a memorable weekend for my wife and I.

Food selection could improve however, understand that it was at the end of the season but better planning should have been made to accommodate all guests. Showers are quite small

Exceptional service and staff.

The property itself was very clean and luxurious. The staff especially Gennaro were super courteous and spoke perfect English. He went out of his way to find us a restaurant for late night eats and ensured we got there safely. Plenty of parking at the facility and the views were great.

I like the location and the animation team were very nice and lovely also the reception team were nice

The restaurant and the food is very bad and limited choice very kids and adults, very expensive and very poor quality really disgusting hamburger and ham also .. and the restaurant staff let’s say some of them are very nice and others are no experience at all . They said menu alla carta but there is no menu they are not straight forward I advise if you go there u must have a car and go eat outside .

Views of the ocean will enchant you and so will the staff!

Gennaro went above and beyond for us, (as we arrived a bit too late for dinner) he made a few phone calls and recommended an incredible restaurant nearby that had phenomenal pizza (buffalo mozzarella and Vesuvius tomatoes 🤌🏼) Room was clean, hotel was fantastic and a great value.

Good value for a beach hotel

Good beach hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean and nice bed linens. Great pool and directly on beach. At the beach you have your own reserved beds.

The very loud music every day in the afternoon at the pool- and I mean LOUD!!

Property is well located and it has a private beach with allocated chairs for each guest. Public beach is overall very crowded so the hotels private beach is great. Pool is beautiful and was sparkling clean but when we were there, there was very loud music every afternoon at the pool. Also there is outside loud entertainment till at least 1:30 am. Did not bother us but might other people. Breakfast is decent. We had lunch one time at the small pool bar and it was fresh and good and inexpensive.

Could have been maintained better - grass needed to be cut. Cigarette butts everywhere - and full ashtrays around the property. There is a lot of smoking everywhere even at the pool.

Consigliato per le famiglie!

Abbiamo passato in questo hotel 5 notti ad agosto e ci sentiamo di consigliarlo vivamente soprattutto alle famiglie con bambini piccoli. Le camere sono spazio e possono ospitare comodamente una culla aggiuntiva. Sia la piscina che la spiaggia sono facilmente raggiungibili (per la spiaggia ci è stato assegnato un ombrellone e due lettini). Un servizio molto comodo è stato sicuramente il poter ordinare in anticipo i pasti dei bambini. Ci sono anche venuti incontro per la preparazione di diversi condimenti per la pasta di nostra figlia. Un ringraziamento particolare al signor Gennaro che ci ha supportato nelle richieste giornaliere.

Prevedere delle scelte per la colazione e per i pasti per chi segue un’alimentazione vegana.

Molto soddisfatto

Ottima accoglienza, particolarmente per anziani e diversamente abili. In particolare l'animazione favorisce la socializzazione avvicinando i single. Alla reception, poi, ottimo il servizio di Gennaro che dimostra vero attaccamento al suo lavoro.

La manutenzione. In particolare ci sono alcuni scalini col marmo rotto. La tinteggiatura mostra segni di obsolescenza.

Ci è piaciuto tantissimo, accoglienza e assistenza al top,siamo stati super coccolati, la pulizia nelle stanze e giornaliera con il cambio biancheria e fornitura frigo bar, prezzo delle bevande nella media , la colazione super abbondante e diversificata , ii giardini curati nei minimi dettagli, piscina e spiaggia sempre sorvegliata da due bagnini , la distanza tra ii ombrelloni e stata apprezzata ci siamo rilassati e goduto il mare , ahimè il punto forte e stato l'animazione , ragazzi preparati per intrattenere sia ii piccoli che ii grandi, sempre con il sorriso e tanta grinta di farci divertire . Consigliato sia a famiglie che coppie, vi divertirete di sicuro e il relax e garantito !

Struttura super organizzata, è possibile scegliere tra mare e piscina in tutta comodità. Il personale è davvero gentilissimo, alla receptions, in sala, le signore delle pulizie..anche i giovani animatori, simpatici ed educati, complimenti davvero! Finalmente una struttura realmente petfriendly, previsto persino un set igiene per il cane gratuito in stanza,..mi hanno consentito di portare il mio barboncino ovunque, senza limitazioni (cane educato che non abbaia). Pulizia ottima!

La struttura andrebbe un po ristrutturata, le stanze sono spaziose ma il bagno (almeno il mio) cieco e con doccia stretta..da un quattro stelle strutturalmente ci si aspetta di più...tuttavia queste mancanze vengono compensate dalla gentilezza di chi ci lavora, dalla bellissima piscina e dalla spiaggia privata a due passi!

Ho soggiornato al Domizia Palace Hotel a Baia Domizia dal 13 al 17 luglio per 4 notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Fin dal primo momento siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e disponibilità da parte di tutto lo staff: reception, camerieri, bar della piscina, animazione e personale delle pulizie, tutti estremamente cordiali e attenti. La stanza veniva pulita perfettamente ogni mattina, la spiaggia era sempre ordinata e curata, e la piscina bellissima, perfetta per rilassarsi. I ragazzi dell’animazione sono stati molto carini e cercavano sempre di coinvolgere tutti con simpatia. L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione e permette di godersi il mare in tranquillità, ma anche di spostarsi facilmente per visitare i dintorni. Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel sia a coppie che a famiglie con bambini. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Ottima permanenza!

La positione è ottima. L’albergo offre degli spazi verdi di relax. La struttura dispose di tutte le utilità, parcheggio, piscine esterne comodissime. Raccomamdo fortemente la struttura specialmente alle famiglie che vorrebbero godersi il mare in tutta la tranqilità. Il personale é Milton disponibile e risolve ogni problema. Prima colazione abbondante, ogni piatto preparato con cura.

Eleganza e relax sul mare di Baia Domizia

Hotel veramente confortevole, spazi ampi e ben curati. Pulizia impeccabile. Camera spaziosa dalla quale abbiamo goduto una splendida vista mare. La piscina, immersa nel verde e ben tenuta, è perfetta per rilassarsi. Abbiamo potuto usufruire della spiaggia privata, con sabbia fine e lettini ben distanziati, ed è stato molto piacevole. Il parco-giardino intorno è molto ben curato, piacevole anche per la passeggiata dopo cena. il personale, accogliente e sorridente, è attento e professionale. Abbiamo chiesto una camera tranquilla e così è stato. La colazione ricca e abbondante ha proposto piatti con prodotti locali e di qualità. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel doce ci sono stati presentati piatti della tradizione locale, rivisitati con gusto e creatività ed erano veramente buoni.
