Stay Away And Find Something Better

I experienced several concerning issues when I stayed at the hotel Unauthorized Room Entry: A male receptionist knocked on my door, and when I did not answer, he used a key to enter my room without my permission. I was in the bathroom at the time, and this felt like a serious violation of privacy and safety. He later came back to my room saying if i wanted cleaning it was no longer available. Inadequate Assistance With My Dog: I informed the staff that I had back pain from carrying my dog up and down the stairs (despite being placed on the first floor). A female staff member attempted to lift my dog, nearly dropped her, and my dog landed on her face. Shortly after, my dog vomited during breakfast Rude Behaviour From Staff: When my dog was sick, another staff member spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, telling me to “watch” my dog because there were other guests, cutting me off when I tried to explain. I felt extremely unwelcome. The other guests were staring at me as if I caused the problem Due to these issues, I felt it was best to leave the property immediately.

Ok for a night

Overall the place is nice. The staff was polite. Breakfast was disappointing. I requested a double bed room and our double bed was basically two separate mattresses next to each other, very uncomfortable.

The bed. Uncomfortable, not a double mattress. I my opinion the most important part of a stay is the bed, I was disappointed. Breakfast can be improved.

OUTSTANDING boutique hotel

Initially booking just for the very convenient price and position for our road trip, I did not have expectations, but this hotel was outstanding Clean, charming rooms, very organised team. It offers a wide range of services and tours(from wine cantinas to outlet shopping), which unfortunately could not join because of a single night stay. All their prices are fair and you can even book for a massage, serve lunch/dinner there too. Breakfast was good, the espresso on point and you really have to try the PANCAKES!! Location is great and the [EVO] pizza restaurant 15’ walk(2’ drive) was top, having spacious car park too. The hotel has various tips to visit surroundings, where to park your car or how to acces the public transport which is right next to the hotel. I rented various star-rated hotels over these years in Veneto and many feel like they lost respect for their actual star-rating. Villa Gasparini truly deserves another star. Will return for sure.

Wonderful.amazing had a great stay with my lovey

Very nice comfortable hotel. Paid for the price of a one star hotel but the quality and service suits for a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was an absolute gem. One of a kind.

A bit far from Venice center however transport was good.

Overall, a worthy option for a short-term or transit stay

A stylishly and lovingly decorated villa with all the necessary amenities and a charming inner courtyard — a perfect place to relax after a long drive. Everything is set up for a comfortable short stay. Including parking. If your room faces the road, it stays quiet and comfortable with the windows closed. However, if you prefer sleeping with open windows, you might notice the traffic.

Cosy hotel

Super nice room! Large bath, very cosy. Just pay attention at the hour, we didn’t read about the rules before, but you can only use the bath massage until 22h. Nice location to get to Venice. Breakfast was nice. Would recommend

They don’t have a buffet for breakfast so you can’t really know the portions before choosing the day before. We had enough and it was tasty but I could use more than one cup of coffee🤭

This should not be a room, when you book a room for sleep.

Location and parking.

We came at 20h tierd. Next day was Venice all day. Room was near the recepotion and the door to terase. Because of loud noise at reception and slaming door in front of our room all the time (even after midnight and early in the moorning it started again), we haven't slept at all. Also you can here everything from room above (we were unlucky and they was moving furniture and making noice at 2 o'clock in the morning).

The whole stay was good , good breakfast

Everything was good

Negative was changing the bath towels. Never changed it in 3 days stay. Foot tower in front of bath cabin was whether cleaned or changed during these 3 days. Simply hanged on the glass door of bath cabin, having hair an dirt which was disgusting.

there is a minibar in the room, but there are no glasses...i asked a glass at reception - they refused. the room ordered through booking.com , is in the basement, windows cannot be opened, due to noise and security...

great suburb/rural location if you are visiting Venice and travel by car! Breakfast in the courtyard is lovely. Bedding is very comfortable. Wonderful restaurant next door. Overall great value.

the bathtub didn’t have a curtain to keep water in if you shower. We stayed on third floor and Wi-Fi wasn’t great.

It was an amazing experience! Very comfortable, new, stylish and well furnished hotel. It is 35-40 minutes by bus to Venice, but here was very cozy and silent)) Good personal, good cleaning, everything was good! If for you not important to stay in Venice I recommend this hotel
