Una struttura organizzata come un vero 5 stelle.
L’accoglienza da parte della direzione è stata estremamente professionale, ma allo stesso tempo così vicina e attenta ai desideri degli ospiti da farti sentire quasi in famiglia.
Tutto il personale sempre sorridente, disponibile e soprattutto davvero in ascolto, con una gentilezza sincera e spontanea che non è affatto scontata.
Il giardino è qualcosa di meraviglioso, curato e mantenuto in maniera impeccabile. La pulizia, semplicemente perfetta.
Che dire… lo consiglio assolutamente.
Ringrazio di cuore tutta la squadra dell’Eros per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole. ❤️
Aggiungerei un servizio di vendita di lenzuola, loro hanno le lenzuola più morbide che abbiamo mai visto in Hotel, sembrava raso di cotone..

Everything is great. Given how difficult is to maintain this property of the island, nothing to complain about.
