Friendly staff, comfortable bed, good shower, and decent breakfast. Well located for an overnight stop and a short drive to the Royal Palace of Caserta, but nothing much around the hotel.

Breakfast & location.
I stay in 200 rooms a year, and this was my 1st time at a Novotel property. Actually I was looking forward to it. What a disappointment. The place is a dump, 2☆ at best. Ants and cobwebs in the room. Stairways and the property in general is in dire need of some maintenance. There are to many management 'suits' around the front desk. Get rid of one and hire a maintenance guy. It was tolerable for 2 nights but opted for another property on the 3rd. Not worth €100+ a night, in my opinion.
