Gorgeous family run hotel, cute little grounds set in a garden, great pool area, and super friendly and quick to help out in any way, and checked us into our room much earlier than expected
A 15/20 minute walk into town, but helped walk dinner off and could also go into Sant’Agnello

Tony and Maria are very friendly and take care of you- breakfast, coffee, feels like a lovely calm family stay. We liked having snacks and drinks by the pool, the authentic and clean rooms that were spacious, the staff, being surrounded by florals and lemon trees felt very ‘Italia’
Not a dislike, but just to note it is about 10 min walk from train station, and about 15 or so into town to jeep in mind with bags ferries buses etc as taxis are much too expensive. Perhaps a little sheet when you arrive telling you what to see in each direction would be helpful, but there was nothing I didnt like.

It ok, need upgrades.
Unexpected breakfast was outdoors. Walking from B&B to breakfast area (200 yds) Il Roseto didn't show the photos of breakfast area!
