Although we were upgraded and moved to a different building, the location was ideal
Some of the electrical sockets and fittings were loose, no position in the room area with a mirror and socket for hair drying.

Wonderful breakfast in beautiful room and terrace. Greeting and recommendations by Diana superb. Location, of course, highly desirable. Room adequate.
Would have rated this stay much more highly but at end of stay were treated disrespectfully when our departure arrangements made by Diana were either countermanded or ignored by man on duty and we never got the boxed breakfast we ordered or were told our cab had arrived or given enough time to get our own breakfast. I have diabetes and did not have any opportunity to eat for hours before flying and it was a hardship. I will not rebook this place until I receive an explanation for this rude behavior and poor service following such a lovely start. I fear it was deliberate because were effusively thanked one employee and gave her a bottle of wine for such a good start.

The location was amazing!
Our room had a living room surrounded by glass windows that the curtains were not really preventing the sunlight to come in the room and the couch there was really uncomfortable and its fabric outdated. In general the building that they put us which had an entrance next to the Prada Store, was not the main hotel and the breakfast area was not designed very well and the fabrics and couches were outdated and uncomfortable. The location was super though..

Only location and clean
When we came the lady on reception told us you not in this building there is another building behind 😶😶and the second building is like apartment without lobby and reception and give us key to door out street and one card to room door and every room two person 🫠🫠when forgot the card inside the room we have to go to the main building to told him🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ the break fast was bad no variety my kids refused to eat threre and for us I asked for cucumber in the second day 🫣🫣no any greens the bakery open dry on the air
At the end The breakfast was not up to the standard we paid for.
