The Inn at the Spanish Steps Luxury Collection - The Inn at the Spanish Steps

My room was in one of their annex buildings - 2 blocks from the main Inn. Getting the luggage moved around through the busy cobblestone streets was difficult and hotel staff help was scarce. Most of the nights of my stay, I was the only guest in the annex where I was - kind of freaky!! Breakfast was in the main building, so I had to be fully dressed before walking to breakfast. The pillows were SO HARD and the mattress was very hard, too. On the positive side, the neighborhood was central to so much of Rome - walking was easy and entertaining. There was a taxi stand very close and the Metro station was just down the street at the Spanish Steps. Breakfast was good - I wish there had been a little more fruit.

The beds and pillows could have been better. A golf cart shuttle would be a nice addition for getting suitcases to and from the different annex buildings.

Service and breakfast were great.

Room was small and beds were uncomfortable.

The location and room was perfect for me traveling alone. Felt comfortable!

When we came the lady on reception told us you not in this building there is another building behind 😶😶and the second building is like apartment without lobby and reception and give us key to door out street and one card to room door and every room two person 🫠🫠when forgot the card inside the room we have to go to the main building to told him🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ the break fast was bad no variety my kids refused to eat threre and for us I asked for cucumber in the second day 🫣🫣no any greens the bakery open dry on the air At the end The breakfast was not up to the standard we paid for.
