Location, room size, breakfast included .
Our room was hot at night. We called the front desk a few times and they adjusted the thermostat but it still was hot.

Hotel location was centrally located in the resort but not easy to travel to from airport

We love this hotel. Very clean and pleasant. The staff is fantastic! Very friendly and helpful. Reseption ladies, breakfast personal- all making our stay very comfortable and welcomed.
Thats why we have been coming there for 10 years.
