Perfect accommodation to visit Königswinter and Boon

The apartment is located on a quiet street, about 5 minutes walk from the town centre, where there are supermarkets, restaurants and bus services to Königswinter and around the region. Perfect place to stay for visiting Königwinter and Bonn.

The hotel made a mistake with my reservation. I have reserved a triple room but they gave me a double room. I did not make a fuss out of it as one of my family members couldn't make the trip, so we don't have a problem with the beds. Beside, it is a self check-in hotel with no reception. It would be a nightmare trying to get it sort out.

The building and the room are excellent. The furnishings and bedding are spotlessly clean. It was as if I was the first guest in the room. A great place to rest on the road. The soft sound of the bell at 9am makes the place feel extra homely. Thank you!

Superb

For its price, I really like this hotel! The room is so spacious, big bed, clean linens, hot water in the bathroom, and easy check in/check out process! It’s a bit far from the city but there’s a direct bus (bus stop is 2 mins walk from the hotel) to Bonn HBF that will take 40mins — but you wont mind it because of the scenic road, which I personally find quite relaxing!

You can hear noises from other guests. If your target is to go around the city center and wants to be in the main city, then you might find this hotel a bit far.

clean and quiet room to have a good night during the trip.

The location and cleanliness, good parking.

We did not have any hot water, spoken to the cleaner, she said we supposed to wait until 5 minutes to get, however we waited 10 minutes in the evening and the morning without any success.Paid for the dog €10, she did not have any change. Anyway..we found the property really clean and helped us to continue our journey after a good night.

It was the cheapest hotel for a spontaneous stay somewhat close to cologne during gamescom days.

The breakfast buffet was alright. Easy check in. Tidy and warm bed.

The bathroom was cramped and had a bit of a nasty odor. Also no shampoo available - just watered down hand soap.

Bed was ok. Location was ok. Room size was ok.

No fresh towels, had to ask for some after 3 days. No maid service at all. Horrible shower, grout was moldy. Someone was in our room when we got there, they read the wrong room number as you had to figure out what room you were in by a list on the wall.

It was available on short notice and it was favorably placed on my planned tour.

Language barrier with the lady responsible for the breakfast. Her German was v basic.

We chose this hotel mostly for the location . Room was very good size for a family, beds comfortable.

The hotel staff lacks communication. At the time of booking I asked if it was possible to arrive later( in the night ) . I got the answer that I should call the mobile number before 22.00 to arrange. I called a number of times , but did not get any answer. Later got a text that the door would be open wich it was not. We were lucky and was let in by another guest but the comment from the hotel next morning was that I should not have arrived that late. An apology for their miscommunication would have been nicer- or a clear message at time of booking- that late arrival is not possible , then i could have booked something else.
