Large room, friendly staff, location was good for my visit. If I come back to Frankfurt, I'll try to stay here again.

Great service, staff, location and unique room design. It was an immersive environment and seemless check-in and check-out process. A wholehearted thank you for having us!

Starting from 10, I thought it was exceptional. However the following detracted slightly from a 10/10: - No aircon - Quite a lot of stairs to climb with luggage, although staff helped us carry it up and it was much appreciated. - Pillows were a little too broken into - No mini kitchen where we could store a drink(s) and leftovers. Not a min concern. All of these were within expectations and balanced by affordability, just being candid that a 10/10 rating excel in all things. 9/10 is a strong result and we look forward to booking again next time.

The hotel building is quite old, and I enjoy staying in places with history and character. The location is also great — cafés, restaurants, markets, and the train station are all nearby. The rooms are clean and have their own charm. The staff is friendly and welcoming UPD. I got a call from the hotel manager after all this situation and we had a nice conversation. Nice to know that hotel care about its reputation and guests experience.

Early morning I went out for breakfast, and when I returned, I was shocked to find that my room had already been cleaned and all of my belongings were gone. Later, I discovered that my things had been taken to the reception. Apparently, the hotel staff assumed that I had already checked out, which is why they entered and cleaned the room. I asked what made them think I had left — all my luggage was still in the room, and my car was parked right outside the main entrance. They also had all of my personal information, including my phone number and license plate. Even if they believed I had left something behind, no one tried to contact me to confirm. This wasn’t my first stay at the hotel, but it will likely be the last.
