The location was great being that close to the lake, although it was really, really cold we went for a walk and then spent the rest of the day at the pool enjoying the sauna.

Nice location, just by the lake and easy access from the train station. The surrounding forest is amazing for a stroll. The hotel itself is charming, the lobby and dinning area are beautifully preserved. The staff were outstanding, super friendly and helpful. The pool area was also a good plus, specially in case the weather outside is not so good.
The breakfast and dinner were very good as well.
The bed was not comfortable for me, the mattress was very soft, and the pillows were not the best.

The view was nice over the lake. The wifi was great everywhere, on the entire premises, even sufficient on the balcony of the room. The pool was never busy, always nice. The staff was amazing. Even the ones who barely spoke English, made an effort to try so when they noticed my German was horrible. The food was good quality. The beds were amazing.
In terms of location, for this town, it was good, at the edge of the lake. But for things to do for younger generations, not much around. Only a handful of restaurants, even less terraces for drinks. Although the food quality was great, the prices were high and the portions were small.
