Huge, spacious. Plenty of space to hike and walk. Love all the staff especially the guy taking care of Barney.

We stayed at the Hotel to celebrate a birthday with a half-board package, and overall, it was an exquisite experience. The resort grounds are massive with great hiking options, tons of property to explore, and plenty of activities. Our room was amazing—spacious, clean, with a very comfortable bed, great AC, and a beautiful view. The dining was the highlight. The food at breakfast and dinner was some of the best I’ve ever had, complemented by top-notch service from the dining staff.

The only downside was the disappointing cooperative and rude attitude of the ladies at the reception.

I would suggest a welcome drink and cookies in room. Housekeeping should be a separate phone number. Games room preferably in main building as going to rock pool for games in the heat was a challenge. Gazebo pool was closed despite full house, not sure whether having a Ja membership enables some discount on a la carte menu, no staff told, considerable waiting at breakfast as Jeema is small vs occupancy. Breakfast menu was heavily tilted to Europe/Continental, would suggest 1 additional Indian course and Indian dessert. Complimentary pick and drop to Dam would be good. Hard pillow option should be available.

Room was excellent

Housekeeping service failure, made up the room but forgot to replace bottled water, replace coffee capsules, did not clean the coffee machine spillage / drips First night evening restauant service excellent, second evening waiter service was not so good, food delivered in the wrong order, starter and a main delivered to the guest together - poorly presented - in-experienced waiting staff unfortunately. Hotel appears to provide a car park to hotel buggy service but the hotel is not observing full time so really hit and miss - likewise, the check-in reception team did not provide a welcome drink upon check in but did provide this to others, so inconsistent service, just the little things that become annoying.
