Kamer en uitgebreide spa, van ontvangst tot vertrek top! Zeer attent personeel, ook was de receptie hierbij geen uitzondering, de check-in door de jonge man was prima en prettig en de check-out om 05.30 bij de nachtportier idem! 👍

‘Kleine kinderen’ met name tijdens diner en de hoofdkussens zijn minimaal en slecht, geven geen ondersteuning.

Dit is een echt 5 sterrenhotel met alles er op en aan.

Prachtig hotel. Ruime parkeerplaatsen in de garage. Uiterst vriendelijk personeel, met een zeer persoonlijke behandeling. Super keuken. Er was van alles te doen. Ook super dat de twee kabelbanen zo dicht bij waren.

Een wat grotere autotocht maken was moeilijk omdat de weg richting Salzburg veel verkeershindernissen kende en je dus geen "rondje" kon maken.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the service was warm and welcoming, and the facilities like the pool and gym were excellent — truly top-notch. That said, we had two major challenges during our stay that left us quite disappointed: 1. Lack of Information & Communication: Throughout our stay, we asked multiple times (at least five) for information about the hotel activities — including kids’ classes and Sky options. We provided our email several times, hoping to receive the weekly schedule, but only received it on our last day, after three days of waiting. Unfortunately, this meant we missed out on many of the kids’ and adults’ activities we were looking forward to. It was a real letdown, especially when traveling as a family and hoping to make the most of the stay. 2. Pricing Transparency: We paid €1700 for one night on a half-board basis for a family room. While we appreciated the quality of the room and food, this price felt extremely high, especially during the off-season. It left us with the impression that we had significantly overpaid, and it really impacted how we felt about the overall value of the stay. We truly believe this hotel has a lot of potential, and we hope management can improve communication with guests and ensure pricing better reflects the season and experience offered. That said, we left feeling quite disappointed — not because the hotel wasn’t nice, but because we felt we had significantly overpaid. Awesome family vacation!

The entire trip was fantastic. The service and attention to detail - 1st class. Travelling with a young family, they went out of their way to make us welcome, and no request was too much. The water park, youth room, and pool were definitely a highlight as well as easy access to the gondoliers for skiing. Will definitely be returning

We thought that the dinner food was very poor. Weird menu and just not the type of food that we are accustomed to. Staff were okay but pretty charmless.

Staff tried to help but their lack of english did not help communication. We werent able to communicate our needs properly. Ordering room service over the phone was a disaster. This hotel is great for german tourists. Any english speaking tourist will have to make an effort because only one or two employees knew a somewhat decent english.

Awesome hotel if it fits the budget and You are mindful about it.

The location was great, the waterslides were children favorite, The food was great, The parking space was close to elevator, mainly because the room costed more per night than Estonian average wage for a month:)

Beautiful family run hotel with excellent service, excellent cuisine and exemplary guest care. Amazing views of the surrounding countryside in a beautiful alpine valley. Clean and well-maintained rooms.

There is nothing to really "complain" about. Unfortunately we were unable to get into the fine dining restaurant Petrus or the Grill & Wine bar. At least for us, great shame and a reason to return sometimes! ;-)

The hotel is fantastic ! Way better than the photos. The hotel is right next to the cable car, it’s truly ski to door. The ski lockers are so luxurious it’s actually amazing usually ski lockers are in a dark smelly room that is awful to be in but this was like a spa. Speaking of the spa there are 4 pools at this hotel kid friendly ones and adult only ones and they are all amazing ! The indoor water park is the best thing I have ever seen and with the baby pools right next to it it meant one parent could be with the kids in the baby pool while the other goes down the amazing slides a few times. If your kids are older you’ll have so much fun on the slides with them. From check in to check out you really feel the luxury and hospitality. Best ski resort I ever stayed in!
