It's a great hotel in a charming place at a bank of the lake. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The wellness area is beautifuly furnished. There's a whirlpool right at the bank with beautiful views. Even at the breakfast time you can sit right next to the water. There is a parking lot with ability to charge your e-car for a reasonable price.
Not cheap but worth it.
Parking places could be wider and the entrance to the garage as well, it's very steep and tight.

Nice location at the lake in the village of Pertisau surrounded by the mountains.
Friendly staff and good restaurant with view to the lake.
Limited parking available at the property, parking garage at extra cost.

The location and the exterior design
The interior of the hotel and the rooms need maintenance. Also the smell of soap used is not good we recommend to change it asap. Still issues regarding parking they charge for it. Also regarding concierge they are either not willing to share info regarding attractions or they are not familiar with them.
