Great value for money and very convenient location, with the metro and bus stops just a short walk away. The day reception staff were also very kind in general.
The area felt unsafe, especially at night. Every night there was a man outside shouting, arguing, and breaking glass. Since it was very hot, we had to sleep with the windows open, and despite being on the third floor, the noise made it very difficult to sleep. The reception only provided earplugs and didn’t seem able to address the issue, which made it feel like this is a known problem. We also noticed intoxicated people in the area at night, which made us feel uncomfortable walking back to the hotel.
