Quality and Luxury at an affordable price

Calm, elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Staff very attentive and the owner of the hotel introduced himself and welcomed us at dinner. The staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was great. Several ‘extras’ at other hotels were included, such as a welcome sparkling wine on arrival, a piece of cake in the bedroom and a stocked minibar which was all free of charge. They even gave us a couple of bottles of water for our onward journey on check out. Absolutely faultless throughout, evening meal was of very high quality and not too pricey.

Limited onsite parking, but overflow car park about 100 yards away.

Fabulous Hotel

Hotel is beautiful.good car parking .Fast easy check in with knowledgeable and polite staff.Room was stunning and spotlessly clean..Evening meal was excellent lucky to eat outside.Once again staff went out of their way to help.Beautiful buffet breakfast with everything you could want. Cant write enough to say how good it was.

Relaxing and in total very pleasant

Staff very friendly, customer focussed and service oriented and prompt. Add-ons for dogs and give-away for return travel.

only minor things: Tea samovar did not work. Tea water provided was only lukewarm. Quality of cuisine fair avarage and not on the same level as location and other services, could be more inspired and provide more variety.

Zwei wunderschöne Tage

Wunderschoen und erholsam!

Fruehstueck: Fruehstueck war sehr reichhaltig, frisch, regional es fehlte an absolut garnichts. Rezeption und allegemein: Personal sehr aufmerksam, freundlich, es braucht nicht viel um herauszustechen als Hotel - die Geste mit dem Wasser fuer die Nachhausefahrt zb. ist viel Wert. Herr Armgart beim Check-in war super freundlich, den moechten wir hier namentlich auch erwaehnen. Der Aufenthalt bei Ihnen war grossartig, meine Familie und ich haben uns super wohl gefuehlt und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Fruestueck: Es war wenig los an dem Wochenende, nochmal das Personal war super hoeflich, jedoch war es an diesem Tag nicht wirklich effizient. Es war wenig los wie oben schon erwaehnt und ich moechte mir nicht vorstellen wie es ist wenn etwas mehr los ist. Bis wir etwas bestellen konnten und bis es dann endlich bei uns am Tisch war, verging eine ganze Weile. Noch dazu sind auch noch Sachen vergessen worden. Zimmer/Badezimmer: Als wir in unserem Zimmer Tee machen wollten, war kein Tee im Zimmer sondern nur eine leere Verpackung, sowie bereits angefangener Zucker. Im Badezimmer reichte das Duschbad gerade einmal fuer zwei Kinder aus und knapp einem Erwachsenen (wir waren 4 Pers 2ERW und 2Kinder), Creme war auch nicht aufgefuehlt, reichte aber zum Glueck fuer uns alle!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war sehr entspannend.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Auch für Leute mit Unverträglichkeiten wie Laktose und Gluten gab es Alternativen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das ganze Ambiente geschmackvoll und harmonisch.

Im Restaurant Klosterschenke war die Menüauswahl für Vegetarier beschränkt auf zwei Hauptgerichte. Das Tagesmenü war 4 Tage lang das Gleiche.

Geweldig verblijf

Erg gastvrij, prachtige omgeving, heerlijk eten en mooie welness waar ook onze kinderen gebruik van mochten maken. En heel de dag gratis ijsjes voor de kinderen 😊. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Hele mooi plek voor een tussenstop om na een dag reizen weer helemaal op te laden.
