Friendly staff, free parking on location with enough space, 24/7 reception and check-in until late. Bed was very comfy, room was very clean. The castle was very impressive, and it's a nice town around the hotel. And the breakfast was more than excellent.

Modern big hotel, yet close to Gustrow Old Town. Great view of Schloss Gustrow. Really good English-speaking staff on front desk and restaurant. Room modern and comfortable.
