Direct access to the heated thermal pools with views of snow capped mountains yet sunny weather.
All information was in French, without translation. Most other parts of Switzerland and certainly other countries in Europe would also at least have an English translation

The new part of the hotel was lovely. The rooms
Nicely decorated, bed comfortable.
Our deluxe balcony room on the 2nd floor was directly in front to some structure of ventilation for the pool so not very attractive view.
