Comfortable.
The very small parking area was full. We had to park 400 meters away (email said we could park at nearby Lidl, however it was a sketchy environment with no security and several homeless people camping there). No staff was available for checkin, for questions, or for checkout. We never saw any staff except those serving breakfast. The number to call for assistance only has a recording in German. No one returned our calls.

The hotel is easy to find and easy to access. Parking is easy.
The staff were below par for me. They either barely greeted me or didn't greet me at all (!). Zero kindness!

Clean, 24/7 reception, heating worked well, clean towels, clean room
Old shower, temperature of water difficult to change, not much water coming out of it. People in morning loud and smoking in front of window, not all staff seemed very friendly.
