BREAKFAST WAS NOT BAD ROOM SIZE WAS GOOD
THE ROOM REALLY NEEDS AN UPGRADE BADLY IT IS PRESENTED AS A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT IS MORE 3 STAR IT MUST HAVE BEEN A GOOD HOTEL MANY YEARS AGO AND NOW NEEDS TO BE REFURBISHED

I needed the luggage trolley at 4:30am and no one was answering the phone to assist me.

Grand entrance/ landing design
Trash beer bottles cigarettes & packets on the veranda upon arrival. Getting up at 4 am for flight, walked from the veranda toward the pool area (fully dressed & coffee in hand) only to be accosted by a female reception staff demanding to know where I was going & sent me back to my small veranda as everywhere else was not allowed. Same staff told me no free shuttle to airport. However upon departure another staff offered me a free shuttle. Rooms need a freshen up, cushions, seating shower & side of bed stained.
