Staff are friendly. Hotel is clean.
The location. This hotel is right at the head of Khalid bin Waleed road and the metro stations are a bit far to walk to in the heat of Dubai. Also there are no good restaurants on this side of Khalid bin Waleed road, one has to cross this major road to get to the variety of restaurants which are on the other side. Crossing the road at the lights in the strong sunshine and the heat is a pain.

newly painted rooms and clean evironment were nice to have, location was close to the office so thats a plus. the cleaning staff and the receprion were very responsive, and the manager was also very accomodating,
the pool was small, the security guard at the lobby was very disrespectful, contineously followed and intimidated non-white individuals and made attempts to peek in the luggage.
this review was only given because it was asked via email. I do not intend to cause anyone any discomfort and damage in any manner what so ever.
