Good location, terrible hosting.

The location was very good!

The room smelled awfully. It was like sleeping in an ashtray! The bed sheet and duvet covers were of such poor quality that the 100% synthetic material sparkled brightly at night when you moved in your bed. The heating did not work at all in one of the rooms. There was dirt under the bed and mold in the corners of the shower. There is no parking location for taking out your luggage without all the cars honking behind you because the passage is so narrow. Honestly, this place is not worth half the price that they take!

There was an awning attached the building that was very noisy is the night kept banging every time the wind blew waking us up.

Superb clean, modern room and amazing location. Highly recommend

Spacious clean and bright room with balcony. Beds were super comfy and bathroom perfect layout and very clean. Loved the location literally off the Main Street for shops and cafes yet very quiet. A few minutes walk from tram station and Phantasialand shuttle bus. Staff were welcoming, attentive and helpful. Offered breakfast and evening meal but we were happy to potter about around town before our flight home. If planning a Phantasialand trip this accommodation is literally perfect. Clean, modern, affordable and the location superb. Minutes from transport, supermarkets and high street.

Blackout curtain didn’t fit window very well and we woke early but this is minor problem. Room was perfect in every other way.

Close to local amenities and attractions.

Room was small, especially with the bathroom added in. Distance between main building and room, for breakfasts was a bit of a drag. The breakfasts were too structured with no variety at all, no continental available. Staff very limited in language making communication difficult.

Nothing spacial

Hard to find the location. GPS take you 1 KM away from hotel reception. The hotel reception is in different street and you have to walk.no parking.the hotel hotel parking is 10€ per night but no space.no tea coffee and room service.

It was not clean. Toilet not clean. Shower tub not cleaned. Not renovated. Not enough parking places.

Very good

We loved the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable. It was nice after touring Europe to have a quiet spot to stay, away from all the busyness and noise. Loved hearing the birds chirp and all the amazing shops. Also so great to have some space and not have everyone in one room.

The only thing I would change is add some drapes to the rooms to reduce outside lights.

Disappointing

Good location in Brühl.

Basement room without much light with upstairs neighbours partying until late and the smell of their smoke wafting into the room. The hotel is closed at night so I had no one to call to complain. The bedsheet was scratchy and overall I didn't enjoy the room. Won't go again.

The bed was really comfy! Hotel's personnel was so nice, I strongly recommend this hotel. There is also a restaurant in the hotel, really good.

worth the money

the rooms are so cozy and the staff are so friendly , its 4 min walk from the station and 2 min to the Mall , totally worth the value of money

The only thing I disliked is how thin the walls , we were hearing people walking and it was a little bit noisy, but in total, we enjoyed staying the night there

Exceptional

The room was cosy, warm, sparkling clean. The location was excellent - the tram stop just around the corner - for the trip to Cologne city centre or Phantasyland. Also, Bruhl Castle is 10 minutes walk. There are many nice shops, restaurants and coffee-shops on the Markt square. So, if you see this place available - book it with no doubds

The pillows were disgraceful, no support and not a fresh feeling And the interior was not co ordinated or practical, and the headboard had vlekken erop, geen schone indruk.
