    I had an excellent stay at a hotel near Stuttgart Airport. The place was very clean, and the staff were truly empathetic. They even allowed an early check-in before the official time, which was a great help. Everyone was friendly, and even at the last minute, they arranged a ride to the airport when we were about to miss our flight. Thanks to them, we reached the terminal in about 15 minutes. A very smart choice of hotel overall.

    Our stay was pleasant, there was a bit around to get things that you needed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating to our needs. The only flaw would be that it says it’s near Stuttgart airport but this would be only by car (or their shuttle) otherwise it can take around 45mins to 1 hour by public transport and it is not walking distance.

    Reception personnel was very nice at the first stay that I booked through my company’s portal, terrible and unfriendly on the second stay booked through Agoda. I didn’t have any extra demands or even any special interactions except checking in and checking out that warranted the behaviour. For example I forgot my room number, which seemed to be a big issue. Spa is dirty, door to the spa is broken, the sauna is over 100° degrees Celsius which in my opinion is too hot, if you’re planning multiple rounds and want to relax. But to top it all off, when you come out of the sauna and want to cool off: all faucets in every shower are broken: you can only get 45°C water out of them. Even the cold water hose has hot water in it. I asked for a quiet room and got the one furthest away: it was also closest to the highway like road. When I arrived in the room there were dirt streaks on my covers and hair beneath the pillow and mattress. Good things are the price and the airport shuttle.
