Third floor unit in Summertree Village. The main living area as well as the master bedroom have screened in porches. Ceiling fans for your comfort located on the main screened in porch, living room and both bedrooms. Two bedroom, two bathroom unit includes a master suite with king size bed, private bathroom and screened in porch. Second bedroom includes full size beds with access to main bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with Smart HD TVs with internet access for streaming your favorites shows. 55 inch Smart HD TV with cable in living room. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach! WIFI is provided for your convenience along with keyless entry. Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to create home cooked meals. The wet bar is equipped with a R/O water filtration unit. Perfect for filling your water bottles! Linens, bath/hand towels and kitchen towels provided. Also included are beach towels, chairs and umbrella. A cart is provided for easy transport of all your beach gear. Complex offers both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub and sauna. A spacious area near the outdoor pool has charcoal grills and picnic tables. Just a quick walk to the beach and Apache Pier. Also minutes away from fabulous dining, golfing, shopping and entertainment. An ideal location for a relaxing beach getaway!

This condo is very nice. Clean, full kitchen, great linens and the availability of a wagon, chairs and umbrellas was awesome. This is our 3rd stay at Summer Tree Village and we love it. Great pool area, easy walk to the beach, and easy access to any store you want to go to. Barefoot and Broadway are short walks and Kirk's ice cream is delicious.

This place is gorgeous, clean, and very well organized. The host is very attentive and quick to respond with any questions. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

The place was wonderful. Had everything we wanted. Our hosts were easy to get in touch with. They were wonderful. Would stay there again!!
