Facility and staff

Easier, more affordable parking. A reasonably-priced breakfast offering would be nice.

The room is very comfortable, big, perfect for families. Close to train station, restaurants and bars. Parking in the building is also a great thing. Breakfast is perfect, could have more fruits for example.

The reception and entry hall looks old, in comparison to the new refurbished rooms.

We wanted to stay close to MUC airport and Erding is a great location. Hotel is very close to the bus stop to MUC airport. You can also take the train to central Munich from there. It is very clean, features breakfast buffet and bar. Some airlines use the hotel for their staff, which speaks for their high quality.

Hotel is functional, not Bavarian beautiful

My room has Living room and a bed room, like a small suit

1- Paid Parking had no access from -2 floor to the hotel. Due to not find a parking place at -1 parking floor, I parked my car at -2 floor and carry my 4 heavy luggage s from stairs and got terrible back pain 3- Checkout time was 11:00 AM (considering many hotels Checkout time is 12 PM) , when we arrived at 11:25AM to check out, my Room Key did not worked, also Parking Card did not open the gate and this makes me troubles, I think Hotel management must be more kind and flexible to passengers 2- Staff was so tough, they wanted to charge me for half an hour checkout delay while the hotel was almost empty at Monday morning when I wanted to checkout.
