The guest house is right next to the spa resort, which was super nice. It was next to a bus station and their reception was 24/7 which was nice for an early check out. Plus the room we had was really spacious and also had a cooking area. We didn’t plan on staying long, but I imagine that feature would be nice for others who have a longer stay.
The hallways had a weird odor. It wasn’t unclean, but it was still odd. And the bathrooms were very echo-y

Across from the therme but a room-type with a separate bedroom that worked better for our party of 3. Balconies on all rooms. Helpful front desk staff. Basic hotel without all the extra features and decorations of the main building across the parking lot.
No AC; no dishes, even forks or spoons in the room. A complicated checkout and deposit process (and extra charge) was needed just for basic kitchen items. A single thin pillow per person.

The highlight of the show...being accross from therme erding. Especially if your kids are tired after a day at erding.
While not that aparent, but you have to pre boom your crockery for the kitchen in advance. We only figured that one out the day of our departure.

Right next to the Terme, breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant.
It was labeled as an “apartment” but had no kettle, coffeemaker, cups, plates, cutlery, etc. Other than the Terme, there was nowhere to eat and nothing to do. Expensive for just a room.
